Shipping
I usually ship
within 3 business days of the order. Most ALL tails are made to order. This means most all are somewhat custom
and that takes time. I do usually have the more "common" colors such as black available in all weights and
ready to go. I ship as quickly as I can. There are times that I do not get to it as fast as I like, I do show,
etc. Weekends I generally do not ship. HOWEVER, if you are needing a tail in a hurry, please do let me know and
I am HAPPY to try and get it to you right away. I do ship using USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation for
all tails which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may
do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept paypal.com, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks.
I do wait to ship for about 10 business days when paid by personal check for time to clear the bank.
Privacy Policy Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which
is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift
recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill
the customer for their order.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE---If you are not satisfied with your extension, you
may return it within 14 business days. The tail MUST BE in new, unused condition and has to be returned within 14 business
days. I can not exchange/refund months later after the purchase. If I receive a tail back in USED condition, I
reserve the right to reduce the refund given. I can not re-sell a used tail as new.
Shipping charges are
not refunded.
You may exchange for another color. If the tail that is a better match is more than you paid
originally, balance for the higher tail needs to be paid. Also shipping charges for the exchange tail needs to be sent.
Please include with all returns, your name, mailing address, email, phone #.
